How Can stomach Pain And Diarrhea Along With Vomiting Be Treated?

My six year old had what I thought was the stomach bug Thursday and Friday. Yesterday, he seemed much better. He was energetic, but four hours after lunch he had terrible stomach pains. The same thing happened today. He was fine after breakfast, but four hours after lunch he experienced vomiting and diarrhea. He had a normal bowel movement this morning. Is this still a stomach bug or something more severe?

heis having indigetionand hyper acidity. adjust timing of his food there should not be much gap. let him take bland diet and deworming with albendazole may be done. avoid fast food and eating out side. simple lunch can help to some extent
